Vince Randall Boren, 54 of the Midway Community died Friday. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Nov. 27th at 11am at the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Michael Carr will officiate. Burial will follow at Gath Cemetery. Visitation is Mon. 2pm-8pm and Tues. 9am-11am.

George Allen King, 82, of Walling died Nov. 18th. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, Nov. 27th at 2pm at the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Unemployment numbers from the state indicate the unemployment rate in October dropped in 26 counties, increased in 33 counties and stayed the same in 36 counties.
