King Named Ambassador Of The Year

At Monday night’s annual Chamber of Commerce Banquet NHC Home care’s Devonya King was named the 2021 Ambassador of the Year. The event was held at the Milner Recreation Center.
Other winners include Dayron Deaton Owens winning Volunteer of the Year, the Community Impact Award went to Graves Family Pharmacy. Southern Tradition’s Dale Gross received the Edwin Partin Retailer of the Year, the Free Enterprise Award went to Dwayne and Bernadette Doud of the Detention Center and the Distinguished Citizen Award went to Paula and the late Jimmy Barnes for Paula’s Dance Academy and Heather Farms.
It was the first banquet in two years. The 2021 banquet was cancelled due to the pandemic.
