Wednesday AM Wreck Sends Three To Hospital

Three people were injured in a two vehicle wreck that involved an ambulance Wednesday morning.
According to Trooper Ben Cannon of the Tennessee Highway Patrol a Dodge 2500, driven by 74 year old Ronnie McCormick of Rock Island, was traveling on Goodbar Road and attempting to cross the 70S Bypass when he pulled in front of a Warren Co. Ambulance causing significant damage to both the Dodge and emergency vehicle. The EMT’s. Steven Sharper and Melissa White both of Rock Island, received upper body injuries and was transported to River Park Hospital. McCormick was issued CPR at the scene and was flown to Erlanger Hospital with internal injuries.
Cannon said Sharpe and White were wearing their seat belts. McCormick was not wearing his seat belt.
