The Warren County Fair took home second runner-up in the AA division at the awards banquet of the Tennessee Association of Fair that was held last Saturday in Murfreesboro. Warren Co. Fair also received a Merit Award from the Department of Agriculture. This is given to fairs who meet high standards in agriculture entries, fair management and production, community involvement and general appearance.
Fair President Regan Kelsey said the hard work and efforts were seen last Saturday night. Kelsey thanked everyone, from the board all the way to the community who played a role in the fair. He added that recognition from the state is a tremendous honor and one that we are certainly very proud of, but what we do because we love our community and remain as focused and committed as ever to improve upon our success.
Warren Co. Fair won the grand champion award in 2018.
