Levin Keith Billings, 71, of the Blues Hill community died Saturday. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Feb. 26th at 2pm at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Robert Wheeler and Reed Wilbanks will officiate. Burial will follow at Centertown Cemetery. Visitation is Mon. 1pm-8pm and Tues. 10am until service.
