William Parker Smartt, 79, of McMinnville died Friday. Funeral services will be Monday, Jan. 7th at 1pm at Highs Chapel. Mike Anderson will officiate. Burial will follow at Smyrna Cemetery. Visitation is Sun. 12pm-9pm and Mon. 10am until service.
