Billy Edward "Bill" Moore, 79, of McMinnville died Wednesday. Funeral services will be Friday, Nov. 9th at 11am at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Steve Breedlove and Jeff Page will officiate. Burial will follow at Mtn. View Cemetery. Visitation is Thurs. 1pm-8pm and Fri. 9am-11am.
