58 year old Ronnie Glenn Bain appeared in general sessions Court Tuesday charged with six counts of aggravated cruelty and cruelty to animals. He allegedly abandoned a German Shepherd og and five puppies in the Shellsford Road area the first of the month. The German Shepherd survived but four of the five puppies did not. After an investigation it was determined that Bain was the one who abandoned the dogs on the side of the road.
He will appear back in court on December 14.
