The TBI is said to be investigating the death of a Warren County Jail inmate, who reportedly hanged himself. Authorities say 33 year old Andrew Michael Hibshman was found dead in his cell by jailers during a morning check Monday.
Hibshman had reportedly never given any indication of being suicidal. He had been in jail for seven days.
