The McMinnville Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet Tuesday night in regular session.
The board will conduct a public hearing to get comments regarding the proposed rezoning of property at 106 and 108 Garfield Street from R-1 Low Density Residential to C-2 General Commercial. Ordinances calling for the rezoning will be considered later in the meeting.
The board will also consider an ordinance to add a Capital Project Fund to the budget ordinance for the current fiscal year in the amount of nearly $10 million.
The board meeting will begin at 7pm at City Hall. It will be preceded by a Capital Project planning session at 5pm and an MTAS workshop session at 6pm. The Parks and Recreation Committee will meet immediately following the board meeting.
