The McMinnville Board of Mayor and Alderman will consider a light agenda Wednesday night.
The board will consider two resolutions. The first is to accept a bid from Ford of Murfreesboro to purchase 3 2019 Ford Police Interceptor Utlitiy Vehicles in the amount of 91,197 dollars for the McMinnville Police Dept. The other is to enter into a lease agreement with Pinnacle Properties LLC of Kentucky, which owns Three Star Mall, and to set a date to become effective. If passed, Three Star Mall could be a temporary venue while the McMinnville Civic Center undergoes a 9.2 million dollar expansion.
The meeting begins at 7pm Wednesday night at City Hall. It will be preceded by the Water and Sewer Committee meeting at 6:15pm, the Finance Committee meeting at 6:30pm and the safety Committee meeting at 6:45pm.
