This past Tuesday night at the Building and Grounds meeting the board accepted the bid from Cripps Roofing in the amount of 145,000 dollars. Owner Jason Cripps address the board and included a couple of changes that would add better insulation. City Administrator Nolan Ming said at the Jan. 14 meeting that the leaks have increased and gotten worse and can’t wait much longer. Human Resources Director Libby Rutledge has relocated to the 2nd floor until repairs are made. The board unianimously approved and work should start in a couple of months.
Also the Water and Sewer Committee voted to go with the water plant upgrade from James C. Hailey.
