30 year old Quonisha Webb was arraigned in White Co. General Sessions Court Tuesday on charges of aggravated assault in the death of her mother, Emmaline Webb. Her attorney Brett Knight said her bond was set at 100,000 dollars and her case was continued to next Tuesday January 25.
After responding to a 911 call about a domestic disturbance at that address, Sparta officers found Emmaline Webb, 54, unresponsive. When EMS arrived, it was determined the victim was deceased. During the course of the investigation, agents developed information that identified the victim?s daughter, Quonisha Webb, as the individual responsible for assaulting the victim.
