26 year old Timothy Saylors appeared in court Thursday and pled guilty on a number of charges including reckless driving, reckless endangerment, 4th offense DUI, possession of meth and evading arrest. A charge of kidnapping was dismissed. Saylors also had two violations of probation. He was furloughed to drug court where he must serve those consecutively. The 4th offense DUI was reduced to first offense. He was fined 350 dollars plus costs. He must serve 30 days on the posession of meth and was fined 750 dollars. The evading arrest charge was reduced to a misdemeanor. In all Saylors must serve a total of 120 days and will be in Adult Recovery Court for approximately 5 years.
Saylors’ latest charges are from a pursuit with deputies early on November 6 that started on Vervilla Road and ending on Main St. where he lost control, hit a concrete embankment in the back of Security Federal and caused damage to a sign, landscaping and a flagpole.
