Warren Co. Administrator of Elections Susie Davenport said petitions for the upcoming May 3, 2022 Primary Elections are now available to be picked up in the Warren County Election Commission office.
The following offices that will appear on the ballot are 31st District Circuit Court Judge, 31st District Attorney General, 31st District Public Defender, General Sessions Judge, All County Commissioners?Districts 1 thru 12, Circuit Court Clerk, County Clerk, County Executive. Register of Deeds, Road Superintendent, Trustee and Sheriff.
Petitions must be turned in to the Election Commission office no later than 12 noon on February 17, 2022. This qualifying period applies to anyone running for these offices. Independent candidates will not appear until the August 4, 2022 General Election ballot, but they must qualify at the same time as the Republican and Democratic Primary candidates.

Early Voting for the May 3, 2022 election will be from April 13?28, 2022 in the Early Voting Room at the rear of the County Administrative Building at 201 Locust Street, McMinnville, and between April 22?28, 2022 at the Centertown CIC building at 92 Gilbert St. in Centertown or the Morrison Ruritan building at 121 W Maple St. in Morrison. Any registered voter may vote early–no reason is required.
Anyone interested in working as a poll worker in the upcoming elections should come by or contact the Warren County Election Commission office to fill out a poll worker application.
