In General Sessions Court Tuesday 30 year old Reagan Muncey was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days probation on one count of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and vandalism up to 1,000 dollars. Muncey must pay restitution to Turner’s Marine and must not possess any firearms while on probation. He also must not have contact with the business.
Muncey was arrested October 10 after admitting to deputies he was the one that fired a single gunshot into the front door at Turner’s Marine on New Smithville Highway on October 3. No one was working that day and there were no injuries.
