26 year old Timothy Saylors appeared in General Sessions Court on a number of charges including reckless driving, reckless endangerment, DUI 4th offense, posession of meth, kidnapping and evading arrest. He was appointed a public defender and will appear back in court Dec. 2.
Saylors’ latest charges are from a pursuit with deputies early last Saturday morning that started on Vervilla Road and ending on Main St. where he lost control, hit a concrete embankment in the back of Security Federal and caused damage to a sign, landscaping and a flagpole. He remains in custody.
