In General Sessions Court Tuesday nine men appeared before Judge Locke on riot and assault charges. Josh Dishman waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the grand jury on one count of assault and inciting a riot. Dylan Drake and Matthew Mears had their assault charges dismissed and was bound over on riot charges. Elijah Bush, Christopher Murphy, Tyler Shannon and Justin Stoddard was each sentenced to 120 days oncurrently on each charge of riot and assault. Tyler Barnes will appear in court Next Tuesday October 5th.
