Barbara Jean Carter, 78, of McMinnville died Sunday. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 27th at 2pm at the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Michael Harris will officiate. Burial will follow at Over on the Hill Cemetery in Campaign. Visitation is Tues. 1pm-8pm and Wed. 10am-2pm.
