The McMinnville Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet Tuesday night to consider one resolution and two requests for the city’s cooperation in upcoming events downtown.
The resolution is to accept the low bid for tennis court surfacing.
Leadership McMinnville will request permission to hold the 25th Annual Autumn Street Fair downtown on October 4th.
Cruise-in for Kids of the Community will request use of the City Mall Court and Farmer’s Market Pavilion on the first Saturday evening of the month from April through October, with the exception of May.
The board meeting will begin at 7pm Tuesday night in the training room on the third floor of City Hall. It will be preceded by meetings of the Safety Committee at 5:55, the Water and Sewer Committee at 6:25 and Building and Grounds at 6:45.
