It was big weekend for Warren County at the Tennessee Association of Fairs Convention in Nashville. On Friday night, Warren County Fairest of the Fair Emily Pennington was crowned the Tennessee Fairest of the Fair. She competed against 54 other contestants who had won Fairest of the Fair titles in their respective communities. She is the 18 year old daughter of Nathan and Sherry Burnett.
Then Saturday night, the Warren County Fair was chosen as the Grand Champion Fair for the state of Tennessee. Warren County Fair officials were on hand to accept the trophy on behalf of the local fair association.
