Warren County came away with a split in their doubleheader with Rhea County Tuesday night. In girls’ action, Rhea County defeated the Lady Pioneers 70-57. Tyra Wright led Warren County with 14 points.
In boys’ action, the Pioneers held on the defeat the Eagles 52-47. The Pioneers were led by Ethan Smith and C-J Taylor, each with 16 points.
Warren County will host Cookeville Friday night at Charlie Dalton Gym. The girls’ game tips off at 6pm.
