The Warren County Commission’s Health and Welfare Committee will meet Thursday night to review reports from Animal Control and Adoption and the Health and Sanitation Departments, and to discuss enacting a mandatory spay and neuter policy for dogs and cats in the county.
The meeting will begin at 6:30pm at the Sanitation Department office at 1186 Belmont Drive.
