The McMinnville Board of Mayor and Aldermen met Tuesday night to consider three ordinances along with other business.
After lengthy discussion, the board passed ordinances to rezone property at 106 and 108 Garfield Street from R-1 Low Density Residential to C-2 General Commercial. No one appeared at the public hearing to express any thoughts regarding the rezoning.
The board also passed a measure to amend the budget ordinance by adding a Capital Project Fund in the amount of nearly $10 million.
In other business, Rodney Boyd and Charles Marsh were reappointed to the McMinnville Downtown Revenue Finance Corporation.
